Prof. Tomasz Aleksandrowicz  Professor at the Faculty of Internal Security of the Police Academy in Szczytno. Currently he is also Member of the Terrorism Research Centre and the Institute for Information Analysis at the Collegium Civitas in Warsaw.

Professor Aleksandrowicz is a former officer of the Polish Security Services and was part of a team of advisers to the President of Poland. Moreover, Professor Aleksandrowicz was a team member in the Strategic Review of National Security of Poland. In addition, he held the post of Dean of the Faculty of Administration at the Pultusk Academy of Humanities.

Prof. Daniel Boćkowski – is a historian and international security expert. He is Professor at the Bialystok University and the “Tadeusz Manteuffel” Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences; he heads the Department of International Security at the Institute of History and Political Science of the University of Bialystok, and is employed at the Department of East European History and the Study of the XIX and XX century Empires at the Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. Dr. hab. Boćkowski is editor of the “Studies in the History of Russia and Central and Eastern Europe”; member of the scientific programmatic board of the Olsztyn Series for African Studies; a member of the Polish Political Science Association and the Polish Association of International Studies. Since 1999 he holds a PhD in history, based on his thesis “Support services of Polish agencies for Polish citizens in the USSR (1941-1943)”, defended at the Institute of History at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw; since 2006 assistant professor of humanities, based on his work entitled “Forever together. The Białystok  and Łomża regions in the Soviet policy during the Second World War (September 1939 – August 1944)” also at the Institute of History at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Profile >


Kamil Niemira – is a former journalist of the economic department of the Gazeta Wyborcza. In the late 1990s he transitioned to the marketing industry. He was a longtime spokesman and director of sales and marketing at companies such as Invest-Bank, Telefonia Dialog SA and Hefra SA. He is the founder and head of the “Akcent” PR agency and for the past 6 years Kamil is also heading the “Social Media” Agency – which is one of the oldest agencies of its kind in Poland. He carried out projects for the Polish National Bank, BBC, KGHM Polish Copper, Randstad, Superbrands Poland, Dr Irena Eris, Ceneo, Kel, Millenium Bank and many others. Profile >


Witold Sokała, PhD – graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University (Cracow) and the Faculty of Management at the AGH University of Science and Technology.

He specializes in the domain of security, politics and economy of the CIS and Arctic regions, the European security policy, challenges and asymmetric threats (including terrorism) as well as information warfare and strategic studies. Dr. Sokała is author, editor and co-editor of dozens of scientific papers, including monographs such as “Security Policy of the Old Continent” (Ed. Adam Marszałek, Toruń 2010) and “Asymmetry and hybridity – old armies in new conflicts” (Ed. National Security Bureau, Warsaw 2011).

Dr. Sokała is founder and first president of the Polish Association of International Studies in Kielce. Member of the Polish Association of Political Sciences and the Association for European-Eastern Integration SIEW. Profile >
